The Royal Omani Amateur Radio Society is aimed at promoting cooperation and mutual understanding with all countries of the world in the field of Telecommunications (Amateur Radio).

Therefore, the Society is committed to educate the young Omanis with the Amateur Radio Science and Techniques through a proper training course conducted by a group of well-experienced radio amateurs with the syllabus designed to meet the International standard of Amateur Radio.

In addition to that many books and publications from societies, like RSGB, ARRL, are available for sale to the members to increase the educational limit in the amateur radio involved.
